Three-time All-American Attackman and four-time ACC All-Tournament Team at the University of Maryland, who played professional lacrosse in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and National Lacrosse League (NLL). Former Offensive Coach for the San Francisco Dragons and founder of the Starz Lacrosse Clubs and Starz Foundation.

Xander Ritz, Director of Operations

All-American and All ACC, All ACC Tournament Team, 2006 Tewaarton Semi-Finalist graduated from the University of Maryland in 2006. Drafted in the 2006 MLL College Draft and played with the San Francisco Dragons, now plays with the L.A. Riptide. Coach for the South Bay Starz as well as Starz Foundation Volunteer coach and mentor.
